I have a slightly modified yugoslavian M24/47 mauser I'd like to sell for $150 or I may trade for a .22 rifle.
Here's what I have:
-14 pieces of new winchester 8mm mauser brass
-13 pieces of used winchester 8mm mauser brass
-76 Remington.323 185gr core loct psp bullets
-set of lee RGB 8x57 mauser dies
-Boyds laminate stock (no butt pad, bad bedding job, still needs to sanded for final wood to metal fit on outside
-original handguard,original stock, has been inletted for the bold aftermarket trigger and has an extra sling swivel screwed into stock
original sights (front and rear), screws, front and rear bands, stock trigger (all have been removed from the rifle)
-bolt has been turned down, bold aftermarket trigger w/ safety installed, and the receiver has been drilled and tapped and a 1 pc base is included
I shot this rifle a few times when it was in its original condition and it shot quite well, it was then modified and I bought what you see in the photos.
The bore is a little frosty/slightly pitted in areas.
Would make a great "beater" or loaner rifle.
This would be a good start for a project gun (Wideners has new barrels for these for $55).
