The place was bare, and no parking to be found. I asked one of the salesmen if he could order or at least price me a Remington 572 pump. He chuckled and pulled out a legal pad full of request with names, phone numbers with makes and models that are on request. He said they have over 1 million dollars worth of inventory on order that they have sold that they don't know if they will ever get in. He said they had to empty the cash register sometimes twice a day, because it is running over. I don't know if this is exaggeration or if it is true. I know there was at least 50 people in the store looking at bare walls, and empty shelves.

I would think all those bare walls and empty shelves should fix their overflowing cash register problem.

Wasn't at that gun store but was at 2 others and my main one said manufacturer are limiting them to 5 guns per order so there telling them to just send what they have...this same hop sold 17,000 rnds of 223/5.56 in one hour Friday

Credit card companies have to be smiling, no way everyone is paying cash for all this ammo and firearms. Gonna be a hurtful day when the bill comes in.

I don't buy anything unless I have cash.
Me either, but I'd say we are probably in the minority. Plus, my online purchases are with a check card, but the CC company is still getting their cut.
