need gun smith or suggest open sights install

my ruger 22/45 does not have any sights just a pic rail . its fun with a red dot but i want to install a set of open sights. this gun is not tapped on the muzzle and i need a gun smith or another suggestion?

There is a great gunsmith beside the NAPA in cleveland. I had him do a crown for me and he is a great christian man and a great gun smith. His name is John Miller and his number is 790-2780. His hours are from 12:00 to 8:00 during the week
