Never tried 40 to 45. Did do 233 to 6x45 jusr made sure I lube the inside of the case.

With swagging are you talking about expanding the case or creating a 45cal projectile with the 40 case?

Ive thought about swaging 40 cases into 44 bullets but it has been to cost prohibitive for me.
