“The Democratic-controlled Senate has failed to pass a budget for four years. That is a shameful run that needs to end, this year.”
The House will also seek to prevent members of Congress from being paid if the two chambers do not pass a budget resolution.

I hope they get that though. They should also withhold the pay for the members staff. THAT will get the Senators to move.

The nice thing is that the house can do this on its own all it will have to do is not pass any raising of debt or any continuing resolutions with pay in it. They just need the brass b's to do it. I will be taking my better odds of me wining the lottery this weekend.
