Up untill this year I have allways had family thats wanted to hunt with me. My sons have got women or ducks on their mind. Been thinking of trying to find someone to hunt with me. Last part of the season it can be hard to convince yourself to go. Maybe someone else going would motivate me. Dont know just thinking out loud.

I go through it every year. Kids get busy. You just have to love it enough to keep going.

My boys opted out of the last opportunity of the season to go so I went alone, shot a buck that weighed more than I could move and had to go get them to help. After 30 minutes of huffing and puffing we got back to the car and one of the boys saidd Dad, we will always go in the future. Kinda made my day.

Anytime you want someone to tag along let me know. I have no issues with hunting in sight of a park boundary and already live and hunt close by.

Ditto.... I hunt alone probably 75% of the time. I enjoy hunting with my buddies but are busy lives have changed the good ole days.... Sometimes in the good ole days we couldnt get up to hunt the next morning becase you can have too much fun....
Everyday I can still hunt, I thank the good lord for my health and go hit the woods. I know one day I will not be so lucky. Enjoy it while you can.....

Feel free to hit me up anytime, I'm only home a few weeks during each deer season while I'm overseas, but here by next fall (2014) I plan on being home full time. I've got a few places to hunt, two places there in Hardin Co - always willing to meet up and go hunting a few times a year.
