I ordered a ChargeMaster dispenser from cheaper than dirt received yesterday. Problem is that the hopper and lid is missing. I tried to call and all I get is a busy signal. Tried to call just now and the same Sent 2 email and still no response. Will never order from them again.
I did contact RCBS and no problem we will mail you one.

I had just the opposite experience with Cheapr Than Dirt last week. I had ordered a box of 4 LED light Bulbs for $19.99. I only got 1 bulb. I called and the guy said that the 1 bulb was correct but that the catalog did indeed say 4 bulbs and that the catalog was in error. He gave me a choice of returning the bulb for a full refund or getting a $10 discount Code for another order. I took the code and already used it for another order.
Keep trying, with all this anti-gun law histeria going on you know they have to be pushed to the limit on customer service capacity.

Ive found that Cheaper Than Dirt seldom has the best prices on anything. But i've never had any problem with their service. The gun industry is absolutely crazy swamped right now, so i dont expect top-notch service out of them until their workload slows a bit.
Kinda like going to a popular restaurant on a weekend night...

dirt is not cheap so I never bought into them. Kind of like boasting your cheaper than gold, doesn't get me running to their pitch.

They raised prices on in stock items by up to 400% two days after Sandy Hook. I'm done with them. A lot of other places didn't go up that much until new supplies came in on out of stock items and they had to pay more for them.
