Save money for brass and bullets. I've shot a few rifles in .338 lapua and .338 edge. Right now I can't afford to feed it lol.

The brass is absolutely ridiculous
run sane loads and the Lapua brass will last a long time,,buy everything in bulk and you can get down close to 1 dollar a shot.
I am running the Hornady 250 BTHP bullets and 89 grs H1000 powder and Fed 215 primers,,works very well at 1,000 and making hits at 1,500 can be done,,

Yea lapua is what my buddy uses and they get a ton of loadings out of it. They stocked up last year, because some online store and i cant remember which, ran it on sale for $99/100 NIB

they wouldn`t sell it to me for that ,they said ad was a misprint,seems I paid 235 for 100 from Powder Valley

Seems like hes shooting berger bullets? Im not sure ive shot the gun, but thats all. I dont have one to load for.... yet i think when i set up my range gun its going to be a 260 anyway.

I tried the Bergers but loaded to mag length they would not group for nothing,,it shoots the 300 Lapua Scenars really well but the 250`s actually shoot flatter and hold better in the wind out to around 1200,and I can reach the lands loaded to mag length,
I have some 300 Accubonds I am gonna try soon,
