I once thought that way, I then saw what happened x years ago. I've read some history and saw how the bible has been used throughout history so I read that several times while reading history. Looking back an longing for days past was condemned in the Book upon the people who did it and it wasn't till I spent a day in the library looking over the evils of the past that I understood I was the same kind of person.
We are told to look forward to the coming of our Lord.
30 years ago I was 25, there were terrible things happening, I wouldn't wish those on those people again.
