I just about have my reloading setup after nearly a year, started with a rcbs rock chucker supreme master reloading kit, which i got for $250 nib shipped. Ive purchased several lots of brass/bullets/die from individuals each time keeping what i would need/use and piecing the rest out for a profit, almost to the point where i literally have $0 in my initial equipment. For example i purchased 2 huge boxes of brass a few bullets and a set of dies awhile back for $75, keeping the dies i have only sold 300 bullets and 58 pcs of brass for a total $100, and i still have several hundred bullets and brass.

This past Saturday i purchased the case mate prep center and a chargemaster combo. Now all i like is a vibratory tumbler. What do you guys think about this?

That is close to the one i have and it will do a fine job. i have tried the cob media and the walnut shell with the red crap on it (i hate the red crap) and like it well enuff. HOWEVER if I had it to do all over again stainless steel is the only way to go!

I use a buddies and i will say tremendously impressed. Brass cleaned like new inside and out, primer pockets looked like new and NO RED/GREEN residue. Made the wife promise that when i get a job thats what i am getting with 1st paycheck

the stainless or ceramic will work in a RCBS vibrating tumbler, I have been doing so for about 2 years not and have not had a problem

my standard size RCBS will handle the ceramic media, water, detergent and 100 .40-65 cases

Here are a couple of low end ones that I'm planning to get one of I believe. My reloading quantity will be less than 60-80 at a time without a doubt, most likely not reaching 60.

The red media leaves an invisible film that will accumulate in your dies, eventually causing the necks to scratch so bad you wonder if they are safe. I can show you.....

The stainless steel is the only way to go. I got a sonic cleaner for brass that I now use for bolts, dies, triggger assemblies, knives (amazing how dirty they are), and soon will have it figured out how to clean the throat of some of my rifles.
