Does anyone hunt with a .22 for fox,coyote, or bobcat?

After I saw what it took to take down a coyote earlier this month, no .22 for me.
They are TOUGH.

when fox and bobcat pelt prices skyrocketed in the late 80's we called every spare moment. we used a 22 mag to minimize fur damage.

I'd opt for hollowpoints if I went with a 22. The bad thing about deer rifles is that they will damage a pelt beyond repair. I used to download 243's to keep from doing so much damage.

I don't know if you could still find them or not, but I have almost a box of them.... don't have the actual box, but have the plastic holders they come in.
