7 round mag limit, no "assault weapons", no Hi-caps.
From what I read, they will become contraband immediately upon passage.
It's expected to pass according to the artical.

I want someone to please explain how lowering the mag limit would help anything
Who cares if it holds 7 or 15 or 30. Who would be able to stop someone between mag changes? I mean what does it take a whole 5 seconds to change if you practice up a little.
So someone is going to say "I only have a 7 round magazine so I'm not going to shoot up an establishment cause I have to carry a few extra magazines with me".

I can change mine in less than three. NY has Bloomingidiot and Comdumbdumb to set the standard.
