The following links pertain to TWRA Rules and Regulations:
Tennessee Code Annotated - These laws are set by the Legislature. Some of these may take years to pass.
Wildlife Rules - These are rules set by the commission that require 45 day public notice and take approximate six months to change. They are more permanent in nature such as fees or permit requirements.
Wildlife Proclamations - These are proclamations set by the Commission and can be put into effect within about a 30 day period. They are subject to change routinely such as season dates and bag limits.
