Venison roast cut into bite size cubes
15 oz Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Mustard
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Red Pepper
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 Large Oninon (sliced thick)

In a large bowl mix soy sauce, mustard, peppers, and garlic. Add venison and onions. Marinate 15 minutes.

Deep fry at 375 degrees until browned.
