Sure. 4 quarters, the saddle (including the "brisket") and the rib cage. You can leave it as 5 pieces, but the smaller cuts cook better in the skillet. By the way, if you have never bothered to cook the rib cage, the layer of meat over the ribs, despite being thin, is quite good as are the tenderloins.

I don't know about Poser, but I use kitchen shears or a big knife. Cut off all four legs at hips and shoulders; cut the carcass in half midway down the back.

Poser....Check the maple trees out. The one in my back yard is budding and there are three fox squirrels and several birds enjoying this early spring bounty.
