The I&E dept is currently working on informational videos. They should be out within the next few weeks.

It still looks like it will be available in plenty of time for the spring turkey season.
The initial rollout of the app is designated for big game check-in. There are additional features that are planned to be added along the way.

There's an app called "Hunt CheckIN" that says its good for Tennessee. Is it usuable for TN? It appears to be from Bryan Hayes.

No. It would not be legal for checking in any big game animals in TN.
The app owner has been advised by our legal staff that he is making untrue statements on his site.
