This represents the epitome of the problem with gun control. Washington D.C. has a high capacity ban already on the books, yet it did NOTHING to keep a person from finding one, ignoring the existing laws already in place, and using it anyway they want. And when the person breaks the law, he is not prosecuted.
WAKE UP PEOPLE.
David Gregory should be in jail.
