Anywhere near your land, all you have is tons of acorns with fields either bushogged or grown up. You have a flowing creek right through middle of property year round.
What would you do to attract late season deer? Or benefit the herd?
And go!! Please help me really wanting to improve the land by next season. Thanks guys!

Grown up fields rock.
Mow some strips that allow you to see the deer, and they will use them.

Mow some strips that allow you to see the deer, and they will use them.
Been doing this and having good luck, as far as seeing deer but we average one mature buck a year and in the late season it seems the deer have left...all I can assume is for a food source.

dont put heavy pressure on the deer, grown up fields=bedding areas.
