See, I think Extreme Home Makeover should team up with Hoarders. Send them to Disneyland, throw all their crap away and when they get back they can either thank the cleaners or have a nervous breakdown.
Not discounting some people have mental issues but there are those that simply have physical issues- called LAZIAZZ.

As an insurance adjuster im inside a lot of people's home and still surprises me how many people live like that.

when i was doing service work i went in to several houses like that and it cost them for me to have to work in that kind of place and there were others i flat out refused to do
i remember one where my feet stuck to the carpet as i walked through the house

I have seen just as bad if not worse back when I did H/AC in homes. That is one of the reasons I liked comerical HVAC
