When will the Tn bear season for 2013 be set. I need to schedule some vacation days to go with a friend.

It will be set at the May TFW Commission meeting if the schedule goes as planned.

The 2013 bear season has already been set by proclamation. See here:

Unless the Commission changes those dates, that should be what you see next year.

well i guess a lot of people close to the big south fork are going to be trying to get damage permits this year then. the commission needs to act on this.
