DH, I fish creek channel edges, points, ledges, and brushpiles when I find them. Ive caught fish on the river channel also, just rarely fish it.
As for the rig I use, tie 1oz sinker on the end of your line, tie a jig or hook 16-18" about the sinker and another jig or hook 16-18" about that.
If your lucky you'll catch em 2 at a time. Lol
