I found a guy selling Master Molder 20 round mags made in North Carolina. I picked up a couple a few years ago at a gun show for 5 or 6 bucks and they seem to hold up ok for me, but I don't shoot a lot with the AR.
I've been looking around and mags have gone nuts. This guy wants $12 a mag or if I buy 25 or more he will go $10. I can't find anything cheaper.
Anybody have an opinion on whether I should grab them up?

PMAG backorders are starting to be filled. The manufacturer has been putting out 30-round black PMAGs exclusively to try and catch up with demand. I personally would wait.
If you're really desperate, I've seen lots of folks selling USGI 30-round mags for about 20 bucks lately.
But, with all that being said, a bird in the hand...
In these crazy times, things are changing almost by the day.

Thanks, I think for $10 a piece I may buy them just in case.

Bought 5 Promags today, got 5 Thermolds Wednesday, 6 Tapco about 2 weeks ago.
Hard to find, but do-able.

I'm glad I bought a bunch of C Products mags when they went on sale last year.
