Been working in Jonesboro, AR. On the way there from Louisville I drive through Obion...I grew up hunting in Hardeman, but if I had to pick the area that has the best probability of producing a big deer I'd take this area of the state.
Honestly, (and I might be opening a huge can of worms here), but this is the area of the state I think is hurt the most by a multi-buck limit. Most areas I think it has nominal impact what so ever.
