Struck in the cover of darkness...cowards .... Got in my truck and ransacked it...pisses me off.... Only thing they took was my hunting back pack... Which had several knives including two custom skinners.a puma folder, a Berber folder, a hand held cam recorder, a Nikon 1 V1 white.and a couple flashlights 1 streamlight one bass pro label brand, and some arctic shield gloves, then some odd and ins that I can't remember......pisses me off to no end.... Oh but the things that really upset me is my sons lifetime lic is in it and I've had the same backpack for 19 years now........ Not to mention my son was the one that found my truck had been gone through...for some reason over the last two months he has been scared to be in a room by himself. And has been coming out of it. Bet this just set him back....
edit for update . Woohoo I'm excited to have just got everything but my Nikon camera back. I was going down the road and spotted my tripod bag I forgot was in my truck on the side of the road. I called the officer that came to take the report and he came out to where it was. On his way he spotted my backpack and video camera laying in the ditch,,,
Nothing like a thief thinking your stuff is trash. Glad they did though because the three handmade knives are about 450 alone.one of which I didn't know I still had in there till I went through the bag...make me wonder about one I leave at the farm.... The puma was 100. And the gerber was 50ish. So saying the one is at the farm they could have had over 600 in knives. That would have brought more $$$ then the 600$ camera they stole....
Glad I got most of it all back and even happier I got my backpack back and even happier my sons lifetime lic is still in it.

Good reminder to us all to clean our trucks out, now that season's over. I'm guilty of having too much camo in plain sight. Might be tempting. Sorry it happened to you.
