I don't know why I torture myself by looking into new hunting shows but I did last night. Thursday nights are generally the worst night of TV for me so I turn on this show.
First, the name itself reeked of immaturity- and it was right. Four guys and a cameraman- pretty much a group of frat boys talking about shooting stuff.
I believe they were in TX shooting Audad. One guy shoots one and shouts "let's go drink us some beer now". GEEESH.
The camera work and quality were REALLY BAD.
Basically a vacation-style footage of four guys telling/laughing at their own inside jokes and then 3 minutes of hunting.
I recommend watching it once just to see how bad it is.
I generally dislike most shows unless they have great footage (from an artsy perspective). There are a few that I can stomach but this one was just BAD.

Look for Hallowed Ground Outdoors. Not only is it based on Christianity but it is one of the best hunting shows I have ever seen from the quality of the video to the entertainment. Wife bought me the first and second seasons on dvd for Christmas and I havent been able to stop watching.

I'll keep an eye out for it.
I could care less about 'hunting personalities' but I gotta say I love watching Driven for the quality of footage. I can stomach the Lakosky shows when they are filming deer, otherwise it's not my cup of tea. Shockey does some good video too.

Online. You can even watch some of the episodes on the website to get a little taste. These are great guys. I am friends with all of them on Facebook. Real guys with real jobs. One posted a picture on facebook the other day and he had a skinned deer hanging in his biology classroom for a hands on day. I thought that was pretty cool.
