This will be my first time coyote hunting and was wondering is there a best time of year to hunt them ? Also any tips on locating them would be great.

Anytime really, however I love this time of year. they will start pairing up for breeding season and you can be pretty successful during all hours of the day although the first hour and last hour are gennerally more productive. i also think late summer is good due to the amount of young coyotes that have just started hunting on their own are eager to come to the call.
