What is the difference in target loads and game loads and can either be used to hunt with?

There is difference in the shotshells. It has no bearing on the TWRA regulations. Our regulations concern the size or type of the shot in the shells and not the amount of shot in the shell.

Target loads generally have a little less powder in them.. and usually no more than 1 1/8 oz of shot..
