IRS Warns Employers: Do Not Try to Avoid ObamaCare Insurance Mandate
(CNSNews.com) – The Internal Revenue Service warned employers in a new regulatory proposal not to come up with clever schemes to avoid Obamacare’s employer health insurance mandate.
The IRS said it would soon issue “anti-abuse rules” to discourage employers from taking advantage of any regulatory loopholes.
“The Treasury Department and the IRS are aware of various structures being considered under which employers might use temporary staffing agencies (or other staffing agencies)… to evade application of section 4980H [the employer insurance mandate],” the IRS said in a proposed regulatory announcement issued December 28.

Nazi tactics pure and simple. It'll take blood to wash the slate clean to reset our country to constitutional law.

Businesses that rely on unskilled and semi-skilled workers - which pay less anyway - will simply use part-timers only.
The law of unintended consequences applies no matter what shenanigans the Regime tries to pull.

My stepson works part-time at backyard burgers. They had a handful of full time workers there as well - until Dec. 31st. At their Christmas party while the owner was passing out bonuses he announced that he was putting a cap on everyone's hours due to Oabmacare mandate. No more full time employees...
This will happen all across the country. Obama has screwed this country once again...

Nazi tactics pure and simple. It'll take blood to wash the slate clean to reset our country to constitutional law. I completely agree that is what it will take imo

I think so too, however, our country is so woosified, I don't think it'll be very successful, because more people than not, voted this regime into power. They also won't support anyone that believes the Constitution should be the foundational basis of this country, now or in the future. Because, now they have Santa Bama. Screw anybody that tries to take that away.

THIS is the goal.
Displace full-time workers, create more part-time workers who will necessarily be dependent on Gov't handouts, thus increasing the Progressives' voter base.
Brilliant plan.
Too bad Saul Alinsky, Clowers & Piven, and Van Jones have been telling everyone all about it for the past 40+ years.
I just pray enough of us see it.
