I have a Sears and robuck shotgun that keeps breaking the brass where the ejector/extractor comes in contact with it. ? Gunsmith in east tn?

Does it pull the hull out or just the chunk of brass off the hull?

Got a sonic cleaner? dismantle the shotgun and clean the parts, lubricate correctly, and try again. Same result, see a gunsmith.

Sounds like the chamber is rough to me. If it's yanking a hunk of the rim off, then the extractor is doing it's job. I can't see how it could be anything but a rough chamber causing it to take too much force to pull the shell out. I'd try some very fine steel wool on a wooden dowel and spin it with a hand drill.
