I had issue with whether or not the officer would be certified to be taking blood in the first place.... if they would be required to carry the proper medical equipment to do so.... Then I heard that they load a person in the back and carry them to a hospital to get their blood sample....
Seems like an awful lot of work just to see if you have been drinking.
