I got a call this morning, that my friend (Jon's wife) that he had taken his life during the night. Going through a divorce and lost his job a few weeks back. My only friend from high school that we still hung out after school. We were best friends for 15 years.
How you think someone is perfectly fine and something like this happens.
Please keep his wife, 3 year old, and soon to be new born in your prayers.

I am sincerely sorry to hear this man.
One word of advice to you, don't beat yourself up over thinking "what should or what if". Seen it happen to good friends of mine and I had a hard time dealing with the fact that "I should have known" and trust me, you can't sometimes.

That's what i'm fighting right now. He was just at my house a few weeks ago and we just chilled and talked like we always have. He seemed like he was getting things back together and moving forward. He kept telling me everything was cool he was excited to start a new chapter and turn things around in his life. Myself and his other friend from years back both couldn't find any signs as to why. We'll never know.
