Anyone know how the HFH ended up this year? I run my own "deer ministry".. each week a group of my bud's mainly church members process deer and donate to our local help center.. last year we did 40 plus deer.. this year it was about half.. the donations were way way down.. when I carried my last venison there this morning I asked the lady did she have much deer from the HFH program.. she said no.. they only came and brought some once this year.. last year me and the HFH processor here in the county were fighting for freezer space The strange thing is.. we had more deer killed here this year than last year..

Do you know Jesus as your Savior?don't wait until its too late. You are only one heartbeat away from eternity. You never know when it will be your last. Repent and trust the Lord today as your Savior!

Probably less donations due to meat prices being so high in grocery stores.
You could save more innocent lives by taking pens away from politicians than by taking guns away from law-abiding citizens.

I donated one to a local meat locker and paid the 40.00
processing fee. I got a recipt for tax purposes. The processor told me that he only had a few hunters willing to donate and pay the fee. Times are tough

I started out the season on a strong run and thought I'd have a couple to give away. I gave one to a friend, then never killed another deer for the whole month of December. \:\(
I'm hungry and tired. Don't poke my belly.

Thank you for donating. The week after Thanksgiving the HFTH donations were up over 10% from last year at that same time. We will know the final results in about a week. All of the HFTH processors will be taking donated deer this weekend during the juvenile weekend. Good luck young hunters.
