I eat a well balanced diet with plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. I also take a Target brand multi-vitamin for insurance. They are cheap and a few years ago when I was doing research on vitamins, they were the most easily absorbed of the multi-vitamins.

I don't take any vitamins at this time. Since my heart surgry, some other medical problems have been discovered. I now take twenty-two pills a day of prescription medicine. I simply don't want to take anything else.

I take a Geritol Complete and 1000mg of cinnamon....

My wife has quite a few health issues also, hereditary through her family. We will have 3 cases of SuperMix TODAY !!!
