Signed. Couldn't we petition Congress to defund the Corps of Engineers if they continue to move forward with restricting our access to land/water that is Ours and is supposed to be held in trust for us? I would think that would get someone's attention above this "General's" head?

I am sure many of you received this email as well- here is the first part
