How do I buy lifetime sportsman license for my 2 and 5 year old children who are still too young for Hunter's education training?

You need to down load the application form from the website and the fax, email, or mail it in with the payment. Instructions are easy. I bought one for all of mine before they turned 3 and the price went up. Best deal ever

What did you write into the spaces for the TWRA ID # and Hunter's education class?
I assume these should be left blank.

THose should be left blank they will issue the child a number when they do the license
