The Smith sells for $440 new. I was thinking it had been fired a few times but I am only missing 6 rounds out the box of bullets I bought with it so It's probably a lot less than I was thinking. I thought I had fired it around 25-50 but that may have been my other 38. I have a full box of Federal Hydra Shok JHP. I have a full box of 50 Magtech 150 SJSP rounds. I have 44 Remington 158 lead rounds. The JHP was $25. The Magtech was $25 and the Remington was $18 so that's $68 in ammo. I'm going to price it at $440. That's a little more than $100 less than with the tax and background check. That will be with the ammo included. I have the box and paperwork that came with it. Possible trade for 9mm... Glock, XD or similar.
