Love both, but as far as a hunt, it's gotta be turkeys. I'm a run and gun type guy, so more physical than deer hunting. Love the strategy, more like a game I'm trying to win.

I go when I get a chance.

I go when I can, but fishing is number 1 priority in the spring. Actually it is number 1 priority as soon as deer season closes. I like turkey hunting but fish a lot of tournaments in the spring so I don't get to go much.
I pray to fish until my dying day. When it comes to my last cast, I then most humbly pray, when in the Lord's safe landing net & I'm at peace that in His mercy I be judged big enough to keep.

some but i have never gone crappie fishing and wished i had gone turkey hunting. i have wished i was crappie fishing many times while turkey hunting. i just don't get the rush from a bird that i do from a deer.
experienced hunters know its not just a bushy white tail, its a big middle finger.

nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught

Love the freedom of running ad gunning.... And midday naps in the woods.
It doesn't have to be fun to be fun.

Wild & crazy, can't be stopped. Only the strong will survive.

Keep your knife sharp and your skillet greasy.
