Help with land owner exemption

My Daughter has decided she wants to hunt this weekend. What do i need to do to get the land owner exemption so she can hunt. It is the family farm (her Grandmother owns it ). Is it a big deal to get the proper paper work or does she even qualify for it.

She qualifies if she is under the age of 16.
The landowner exemption form is on page 64 of the Hunting Guide.

It is supposed to be filled out and on your person for hunting under the landowners exemption.

You must have the Map # and Parcel # and I found both on my tax receipt.
SCN once the paper is filled out does it need to be replaced yearly or is it a one time deal... if you don't loose it? We have all ours laminated and keep them on a "hog ring" in my back pack since all the kids will be with me or my wife hunting.

It would be a one time thing as long as it is readable. Your idea is great!
