I have one of these and am wanting to get rid of it, it has a small crack in the stock by the trigger. a 54 calibur what should I ask for the gun? I'm thinking $175.00 with the crack in it. too much??

If it has a good bore and overall in good shape, I wouldn't sell it for any less.

If the crack isn't bad, 175 for a .54 Hawken is a very good deal. Cracks on the lock panel are not unusual on the older model T/C sidelocks.

thanks for the comments, just posted it at $175.00. these things on ebay are parting out for a war pension. just don't like fooling with ebay.

guy's as you can see in the above quotes, a hawken will bring usually 175 as stated above, I have dropped mine to 150 and still havn't had any success. help me get the word out on a good deal.... thanks,

Sorry man....it seems like on this site that there isn't a tremendous amount of interest in traditional style of muzzle loaders.
