Centrum was in criminal fraud a few months ago for making false claims...yeah, its all in there "A-Z", but very little of it is actually usable by our bodies. That's what I was taking daily for 18 months, and at my worst health ever.
I agree with the D-3 and the sun. We worry about skin cancer, but the truth is, if you are getting the right amount of nutrition and stay healthy by eating less red meat, the "big c" isn't as big of a threat as most might think.

Vitamins are a scam. Your body can only absorb a set amount of nutrients. The majority are simply eliminated from your system.

Use to take a 50+ multi vitamin until I figured out that it was what was giving me the gout. Stopped cold turkey and guess what?....no more gout!

Vitamins are a scam. Your body can only absorb a set amount of nutrients. The majority are simply eliminated from your system.
That's why Plant based NUTRITION is so important. Excess Plant based proteins and nutrients are burned off as body heat and since they are plant based, the body recognizes and uses it more efficiently.
Excess Meat based proteins are stored as fat and strain the liver and kidneys to the point that failure and cancer is a high risk.
Rock based nutrients and vitamins are hard for the body to breakdown in the limited time they are in your system.
