I drink a smart mix every morning from Zija and have felt better than I have felt since my high school days and I'm 42.
When I need a little extra energy I drink the XM+ that day.
Over 90 natural nutrients.
It's the Same product that youngandfree uses, along with several others here.
I dont have to go to those nutrition shops anymore and waste my money for nothing, since I started using Zija I have had 100 times the results that I could get from all those pills. Felt the difference immediately.

You may want to first have some blood work done to see where you are at. Then when you take vit you need to understand that you have to mix or not mix some. For example if the dr tells you to get some vit D you may want to take a D3 and Calc citrate together. But you do not want to take that at the same time you take your multi vit. Also with calc the avg body only will absorb 500 mg at a time so you may need to take 3x a day. While Americans are known to have the most expensive pee because the people taking vitamins it is not always because the vitamins is bad but taken at the wrong times with the wrong things.

melatonin.. 30 minutes before bed.. most vitamins go right through you and you get very little benefit from them.. I read or heard a story about a guy who ran a porta jon business.. he had a pile of vitamins knee deep where he cleaned his jons.. they looked almost like they did when they were swallowed..

If you choose High Quality Products, you'll benefit from vitamins.. Very long proven benefits. Read up on brands of what you intend to buy and get the recommended brands. Cheap fish oil can very easily be rancid, and bad for you, just as cheap garlic can be worthless and make you stink \:D

Vitamins DO help but cheap copies of vitamins often do not.

Vit D

Most folks in this latitude are vitamin deficient. Research is showing really good data that shows Low Vitamin D levels associated with increases in cardiac disease and colon cancer. We cover up to avoid sunburns but it in turn makes us Vitamin D deficient.

Vitamins are a scam. Your body can only absorb a set amount of nutrients. The majority are simply eliminated from your system.
