Processed a deer last year and decided I would never pay for one to be processed again. The 1st one I did took about 6 hours total time. Kinda bummed me out, but stuck with it and got alot faster I can have one completed in about 3 1/2 hours now. And I have never tasted better deer meat. I grind all my deer (except tenderloins), ground burger, ground bacon burger, and make my own sausage. This is a pic of deer #5 ( about a 90 lb. Doe) packaged and vaccum sealed



Bought a couple things this year for accomidations and about broke even.
Next year all I do myself will be money saved.
