Guys....I just ran across this and I sure hope it is a hoax. But with the current administration nothing would surprise me. Anything to this??

I wouldn't put it past the Dumbs! I've been seeing in conservative sites that I subscribe to, that there is an agenda by the Progressive Elites, to put Obumma in for a third term, using an event that they have "tail wagged" into existence. It would be of a magnitude, that he could impose Martial law, and this event would be timed in 2015, so he could "rein" into the next 36 months.

Conspiracy theory? Could be, but, the way this regime is acting, they have an agenda, and they have put it on the fast track. They aren't backing away from the issues, because they don't have to. It is his second term, so he can pretty much shove what he wants down the Repubs throat and the American peoples throat, too. Makes no difference to him now.

Not saying your wrong or it won't happen..but I have heard this before every presidential election since Bill Clinton from liberals and conservatives.

That's not saying this administration won't try or isn't thinking about it just stating the facts.

Changing an Amendment takes an average 7 years to make it's way though the required hoops.

First it must pass two thirds of both Houses of Congress then it's send to the states. Once it's ratifited by 3/4 of the 50 State Legislatures then it becomes an amendment.

The odds of that happening is very low.

I don't sense that the American people are willing to fight them any more. It seems the apathy has set in to the point of being steam rolled by the regime...and since the regime has already offered the "candy" to the other willing population, it is just a matter of the steam roller effect, now. Just keep ramming stuff through by Presidential order to do end runs around an unwilling Congress.

What level is the heat on the frying pan, for the frogs of America gotten to now? It might be that the regime is going to push the buttons just a little too much and the people might start to jump out of the frying pan before it is too late. I hope so...

Not a hoax went to the senate floor, heck the Republicans tried it too.

It's not a hoax but it is hysterical hype intended to get conservatives all "wee-wee'd up". Rep. Jose Serrano (D-N.Y.) has introduced similar legislation every Congress since 2001.
