So has anyone ever tried to make Grillades with deer meat before? I have done it with beef, pork and lamb - but have yet to try it with deer meat.
Here is a general recipe I follow for Grillades and Grits.

I see no reason why that wouldn't work just as well with venison round steak. -pound them out as thin as possible.

Looks pretty awesome....I like the new angle, too. To me, anything you use lamb for, venison can easily substitute in.
