What vitamins do yall take?

I've decided I need to get a little healthier and part of that is to start taking some vitamins. I really don't know where to start or even what to take. Anybody have any thoughts and opinions?

Vitamins or supplements? I take a good multiple without iron...usually only women take them with iron. I also take some supplements from time to time too. Start off with a good vitamin with minerals and take them daily

Every time I try taking vitamins I get sickly. I don't guess I need them and it overloads my system???

I try to take a one a day mens and a 500mg vitamin C.
I used to take a fish oil and a vitamin E also but quit taking them

Most vitamins only do one thing...Create smelly, expensive urine.
99% of Fish Oil products are rancid, and was the main culprit behind my acid reflux. Most vitamins have been proven to do very little good. The way they are made, very little (usually less than 5%, actually is sued by the body before it is apssed out of it.
I was taking several daily, along with a men's multivitamin and doctor prescribed supplements and was still vitamin deficient...and was at the sickest I had ever been.
All i take now is 5,000IU's of D-3 and Zija/Moringa and in 30 days I reversed every single health issues I had.
