The other gun is a Winchester model 70 270 wsm with a simmons 8 point scope $375

whats the white line on the stock of the Ruger? looks like a tie strap?

Looks like it made a trip to the gun show or something $\:\)$ something to stop a mag from going in or the bolt from closing
