1. Check rings, bases, forearm screw, trigger screws. 2. Clean bore. Clean Again. Clean again. 3. Check length of brass, trim back to 010 under SAAMI 4. Do you have a scale to measure your powder? Are you positive your electronic scale is right? I use RCBS 10-10 since mid-80's. 5. Your OAL is always the same +- less than 009? 6. Is the barrel in contact with the stock> Wood or plastic? barrel should be free from muzzle to chamber. 7. Primers seated correctly?
Don't feel bad or get discouraged. This is an easily solved problem.

I'd say your scope is not holding zero. What type of scope are you running?

Other than loading some alot longer than the originals on the hornady rounds all are probably within .005 on length. I weigh every load but my scale could have went haywire. My brass is under max length. Some is closer to max than others. But when I resize I plan on trimming to get it all the same. I have a free floated barrel and a synthetic stock. I will check all screws including bases and rings. And stock screws. Primer depth hasn't changed.

I'm using a Nikon prostaff scope. It could have gone bad. I got it in a trade. Looking at it it is in good shape. But that doesn't mean it wasn't abused.
If it matters I have a savage model 10.

Dave.
The ones I loaded loaded long have not been shot and are separate from the others. I'm leaning to a base/ring issue but also open minded in this.
