Thought I would go hunt a place I haven't hunted all year. Pretty good walk too it, so here I go.I get close to the field, and deside to walk to were I could take a look into the small field before I make my way to the stand.Good thing I did, there were 2 bucks already in the field, one smaller one and this one was making a scape.I crawled down into the ditch,eased up to were I could ease my rifle up for the shot.He starts making his way towards me, and stopped around 130 yds.I pulled the trigger and he dropped in his tracks.I start to walk to him, and I hear a snort, there goes a doe that I didn't see across the field and stops just insode the woods, so I dropped the hammer on her also. It lead to a busy morning, and a end to a good season, come on next year, but a rest for a spring want hurt!!
