Is there anyone around Knoxville/LC area that can do warranty work on a Mathews? My Ultra2 blew apart when the string broke. Thank goodness it did it while it was sitting in the spare room and not while anyone was shooting it?

Not sure about Knoxville but Backwoods Archery in Morristown is a Mathews Dealer and there is one in Seymour but can't remember their name. But I do know Backwoods are great people

U probably would be as well served to send it back to mathews yourself than fooling with some company u dont know. JMO

John from Eagle Wing archery still does stuff out of his house. He is a big Mathews guy. pm me if u dont have his #

Smokey Mountain Archery off Chapman Highway in Seymour. Call Mike or Jim. Good Fellers and they have a full service pro shop.
Only guys that touch my bow.... Just ordered new strings for my helium the other day....

John from Eagle Wing archery still does stuff out of his house. He is a big Mathews guy. pm me if u dont have his #
I have his info and believe me, I would rather have John than anyone but he can't do the warranty work. Only a dealer can. I've never let anyone but John touch my bow. :-)
