Wish i had a place to still hunt in AL. The rut there will be kicking in soon. But I am looking forward to doing some pre-spawn bass fishing 
Me to but i still got a pig hunt at big south fork coming up. I cant wait

Actually I am glad it's over.
Only one spot to hunt in TN that is close to home and we overhunted it and paid for it big time this year.
I feel like I never got to hunt rifle season this year.
Ready to do some coyote hunting.
Coyote and Bugs Bunny are next for me. No dogs, so I'll have to be vewy vewy qwiet.

When I lived in CA I started in early August with the coastal zone and hunted Utah and CO and back to CA. I only lose the deer hunting itch when the weather is warm.
Howver, I am looking for a decent snow goose conservation hunt location, guide, something. And since I will be taking my 2 boys, it has to be afforadable. So far, no such thing. Anyone have relatives in Arkansas that neeed some goose thinning?

yea...can't wait for Monday evening so all these deer will start appearing an hour before dark just walking around casually like they've been here the whole time!

I miss it already....seems like I just didn't get enough time in the woods even though I did hunt quite a bit. Oh well, bring on ice fishing I guess!

I'm ready to start prepping for next year with a new clearing, so I'm glad it's over. i can get to work in two weeks without feeling like I may be messing up a neighbors hunting in the process of pushing trees out of the way.
Due to the weather during Dec I lost interest a lot too lol

Season's over already?!
I only got to hunt during the Thanksgiving break. Didn't hunt muzzleloader at all, and didn't hunt any after Thanksgiving. Hopefully I'll have better luck next year.
